Here is a list of several questions we've received over the years. We understand that all questions may not be answered here so please feel free to contact us via email, phone or fax to get your remaining questions answered.
Q: Is this an online class?
A: No. We do not offer online classes. We like to keep the classes personable. Having online classes would also make it difficult to critique your hands-on skills.
Q: When and where are your classes?
A: We schedule all of our classes around our clients. Just let us know where you are located and we can come to you and provide training. We offer classes during the daytime and evening, 7 days a week. We travel to your home or office. Or you come to us.
Q: Where are you located?
A:We are located in Gilbert, Arizona.
Q: I searched your website and was unable to find a current schedule of classes.
A: The reason you weren't able to find a schedule is because all of our classes are individualized. They are scheduled for single learners as well as groups around your schedule.
Q: Do you offer classes on weekends or evenings during the week?
A: Classes are offered during the daytime as well as in the evening. Classes can be scheduled everyday of the week.
Q: I need a class by tomorrow. How soon can you get me in?
A: Last minute classes are what we specialize in. However, please understand that sometimes we may not able to accommodate you. Please call us immediately to find out what is available.
Q: Do you have any CPR classes forming soon?
A: Our classes are all scheduled around you. Depending on our calendar, because each week is different, we book at all different times. We come to your home or office. Or you come to us (Gilbert).
Q: How long is the class?
A: Generally, the class is NO more than 3 hours. It all depends on how many people are in the class. How many times you’ve taken the class and how well the class is remembering the information.
Q: I am the only one taking the class and I have had CPR training before. Is it still 3 hours long?
A: We normally judge the class by how much you know. So we start off saying the class will be three hours. That way the expectation is set. However, if you are picking up on the information and demonstrating the skills efficiently, we can be done in two and sometimes less.
Q: When and where are your classes?
A: we schedule all of our classes around our clients. Just let us know where you are located and we can come to you and provide training. We offer classes during the daytime and evening, 7 days a week.
Q: How do I get a class scheduled?
A: When you are ready to schedule, call or email us to provide a couple a different dates & times that work best for your (and/or your group). We ask for two just in case we are already booked during your first choice. Remember, you'll need to set aside about 3 hours for the class.
Q: Can I reschedule my class for another day?
A: Yes, but please, as soon as you discover you need to reschedule, call immediately. This will not only save the instructor preparation time but also free up a time spot for someone else who may need a class.
Q: Can you do a class on a Saturday or Sunday?
A: YES
Q: I was wondering if you come to the house for the classes and does it change the fees?
A: The only difference in price is a $20 “travel” fee. When we travel to any city in the Phoenix metropolitan area, there will be a flat $20 fee added to the cost of the class. If you have a group of ten or more people, that fee is waived.
Q: Is there a deposit?
A: At this time there is NO deposit required in order to schedule your class.
Q: Can you invoice my company?
A: Yes we can. However, payment will need to be received by the day of the class. Please call or email us for more information.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: Cash, Check or Money Order.
Please make checks payable to: Personal Safety CPR
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The cost of the class depends what classes you need, as well as how many people will be taking the class with you. The more people in your group the better the price.
It is regularly $50.00 per person, but please see our price sheet for a more detailed breakdown.
For all of the individualized knowledge given in the comfort your home or office, at the length of the class, this price is very good.
Q: Is there a fee for rescheduling my class?
A: No. Not at this time. We understand that life happens and things come up that may interfere with previously made plans. Although, please remember, as soon as you discover you need to reschedule, call immediately. This will not only save the instructor preparation time but also free up a time spot for someone else who may need a class.
Q: Do you charge to come out to my home?
A: Yes, on top of the class fee, there is a $20 travel fee unless you have a group of ten or more people then the $20 fee is waived.
Q: How long is my certification good for?
A: We have several different certifications, please call or email us.
Remember: If you don't use it you lose it!. We feel it is best to refresh annually. When recertifying we’ll offer a re-cert discount for a year from now. So your second class would be a bit shorter (like a review) and it'll cost less too.
Q: My son/daughter would like to take the class with me. What is the age limit for children?
A: Everyone learns at a different pace. We love to include children in the class! Please let us know ahead of time so that we can provide children 10 and younger a “special certification award”.

Q: What is the number of people we have to have for the $15 non-profit fee?
A: Fifteen (15) people.
Q: How many people can fit into one training session?
A:This depends on the size of your facility or your home.
